What payment methods do you accept?

When am I charged for my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Can I add/delete an item from my order?
Once an order is placed, items cannot be added or deleted. If you wish to add additional items, please place a new order. If you need to remove items, contact us to cancel the original order so you can place a new one.
What service do you use to ship orders?
Our orders are fulfilled by a variety of shipping options depending on the product and destination. This includes standard and express shipping options to cater to different needs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track the status of your shipment using this number. Some orders might use untracked services, depending on the specific circumstances and print provider.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days. For items on pre-order, please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping dates. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise requested.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method, package weight, and destination. You can get a detailed estimate by adding items to your cart and using the shipping estimate function at checkout.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment. Each order is shipped as it is processed.
Do you ship to my country?
We offer international shipping to most countries, excluding places like Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions.
Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are your responsibility and vary according to your local customs office.
What if my order is lost?
Packages not received within the expected timeframe can be considered lost after 6 weeks. We recommend contacting your local post office with the tracking number provided for further assistance.

Why do you have occult symbolism in your art?
Our designs aim to challenge mainstream norms and provoke thought. The symbols we use are part of our message of awakening and questioning reality, not intended to glorify occult practices.
